The reservation must be made in writing - email, SMS, social media, Whatsapp.
When booking, a deposit of 50% of the total price must be paid within 5 days. The booking is therefore binding.
A booking confirmation will be sent promptly after payment has been received.
The remaining amount is due no later than 7 days before departure.
Cancellation conditions:
Up to 30 days before arrival - cancellation free of charge
Less than 30 days before arrival – cancellation fee 50% of the total price
7 days or less or no-show – cancellation fee 100% of the total price
No contributions can be refunded in the event of late arrival, early departure or non-arrival. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Guests are liable for any damage to the accommodation caused by them, both to the landlord and to third parties. We recommend taking out liability insurance.
A deposit of EUR 250.00 is payable in cash on the day of arrival and will be refunded upon check-out.
Prices are per night/apartment (up to 6 people). The price includes VAT, city taxes and local fees, as well as the Sommercard discount card for all guests. A final cleaning fee of EUR 80.00 is payable once per apartment. The price per additional bed is an additional EUR 40.00/person.
